We have considerable experience in design of 3D printing unique components supporting a cost effective and efficient alternative manufacturing process in a range of plastics. .

We can offer the following services:

Some examples of components we have built are shown below.

Set of nine flanged tubes and their fittings made in white plastic

Flanged bell on tube with slots in the flange, which makes a right angle down and then returns again. Under the bell are two plates separated by clipped spacer rods, holding a compression joint. The tube then continues straight through various widths of tube and ends with a tapered nozzle. The whole thing is a series of complex white plastic components that fit closely together.

Ring with three sets of six spokes traveling concavely up to a second, smaller ring, which then flexes up to form a slightly expanding code pierced with many slots and three teardrop-shaped apertures.

Strip of two offset rows of five holes in white plastic, each with a slot in the lip, and at the end are connectors - one flat with three holes, the other with two arch-shaped holes with a central round one, and a raised terminal with two horizontal holes.

Tiny cylindrical assembly with a central emerging tube, comprising many interlocking parts made of clear and white plastic, with circular metal plates

A set of interlocking square section whilte plastic components with a complex series of locking tabs, around a clear plastic square tray pierced with 7 x 8 narrow holes in a grid.

Complex three-quarter cylinder with internal shaft and bracings, and central sheath, all built as a single component in grey plastic.

White plastic component somewhat similar to a sewing machine in shape, on an integral base, with various connectors and flanges all part of the same unit.
