​The Higgs Centre for Innovation is a business incubation facility designed for startups and SMEs working in the fields of astronomy, data intensive science and particle physics.

​Run by the Science and Technology Facilities Council in partnership with the University of Edinburgh, the Higgs Centre for Innovation is a UK Government supported facility supporting commercial growth in specific sectors in the UK.

Based at the Royal Observatory, Edinburgh, the site is co-located with the UK Astronomy Technology Centre and the Institute for Astronomy.
